Manufacturing process of optical thin films is an important technology in enhancement of product performance and value., We have established several units of PVD coating equipment to apply optical reflection, beamsplitter, and neutral density coating on surface of glass. Using metallic materials such as Al, Au, Ag, Ni, and Cr, or applying dielectric interference anti-reflection coating, high-reflection coating or filters. Recently, Control Optics has successfully developed coating processes using materials such as Si, Ge, ZnSe, and ZnS to be used in MIR + FIR AR coating and filters, being one of the few optical manufacturers capable of coating for 3-14 μm and diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating.
