In the past, domestic semiconductor TFT LCD panel, PCB, Touch panel exposure system and related optical parts are mostly purchased directly from overseas suppliers such as ASML, Nikon, Canon, ULTRATECH, Karl SUSS, EVG, NSK, HITACHI, ORC, TOPCON, Hakuto, Ushio, Csun, or CBT, maintenance of optical systems have been restricted by original manufacturers for a long time.
During recent years, exposure processes have been rapidly developed, in addition to the increasingly stress of UV exposure system users in production capacity and rate, maintenance costs and maintenance for aging equipment also become crucial factors to the customer. In considering the enhanced capacity for exposure systems and cost control, the needs for localized services in optical components has been rapidly increased. Control Optics establish an optical component supply chain in Taiwan to develop equipment, lenses and optical components for advanced UV exposure systems, becoming an optical lens manufacturer with independent maintenance techniques. We have successfully developed various lenses for world leading brands in UV exposure systems the past 10 years, providing services in new product design and development for lenses and related equipment of UV exposure systems, reconstruction of used equipment, and old-parts renovation for used equipment.
Control Optics has more than 30 years of experience in optical lens production as one of the few manufacturers with large-scale grinding, polishing and coating equipment in the country (polishing diameter for lenses up to 5 meters),. Ccapable of providing comprehensive services in design, producing installation, optical path calibration, enhancement of exposure energy and luminance,. Adjustment of exposure uniformity for optical systems, assisting equipment manufacturers in optical components with high difficulty and high precision.
